SHIPMENT
Our packages are shipped via Hermes, DPD or Royal Mail depending of the size and weight of the parcel .
1.The delivery date for the Made-to-Measure Goods ordered usually takes around 4-5 weeks from the date of us receiving the payment. Price for delivery depends on the weight of the goods ordered. After you place your order we will contact you with the date of delivery and the fee for delivery. Sometimes the execution of an order and delivery may be affected by an event that is out of our control. In this case we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and the time it will take to deliver the ordered goods will change. We will also inform you of how long of a time this will extended for.
 2.The Goods which we have in stock will be shipped within 2 working days from receiving the payment. RETURNS
We recommend that you check the delivered Goods at the time of receipt in the presence of the supplier (e.g. carrier, courier, etc.) and, if any defects, omissions or damages to the Goods are found, draw up an appropriate protocol with him, and then immediately notify us by sending a detailed description of the defect, absence or damage, as set out below:
1.Complaints must be submitted by e-mail to the email address of the owner and operator of this website infobayodesign@gmail.com or by post to  BAYO Design Studio, 63 Venice Avenue , BB11 5LH Burnley.
2.The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of delivery of the complaint. The decision will be delivered to you by the same route as it was sent.
3.If we consider your complaint to be successful we will pick up the Goods at our own expense. The Goods must be properly packed and protected against damage. In case of mechanical damage to the returned Goods caused during transport, it is recommended that you include the damage report drawn up at the time of receipt of the Goods in the presence of the courier, as well as signed by the courier, if it has been drawn up.
4.After successful consideration of the complaint, the Goods covered by it will be repaired or exchanged for another, free from defects as soon as possible. If, it is not possible to repair or replace the goods free of defects (for example, due to the exhaustion of the stock of this Goods), we will refund you the equivalent price of the Goods or offer you to choose other Goods available in our online store. 
5.We hereby reserve that the basis for the complaint can not be in small differences in the appearance (colours)of the Goods delivered with the ordered, viewed on the Bayo Design Studio website, which may be due to other settings (parameters) of the monitor / screen / display of the device you are using, as well as differences in the actual parameters of the Goods.
6. If your goods are custom made - i.e. to your dimensions or specifications, such as made-to-measure curtains, wall murals e.t.c - your goods may not be returned.
 
*None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

 We accept PayPal only . All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor PayPal. Please make sure your registered and Paypal address is correct before making your payment.
