By choosing this option, you are guaranteed that the design of your space will be; performed quickly, in accordance with your expectations, regardless of location, therefore, removing the need for meeting in person. The design process works just as it would if you were to hire a local designer. We collect all the necessary information needed to create an interior design that you can then implement on your own. ONLINE INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGES & PRICING
Packages are priced per room.
£99 per room
This package is a proposal for people who do not need full design services but only an advice on the proper space planning, selection of colours or finishing materials.
two weeks of communication and design time by phone/video/email(excluding weekends)
general construction drawings, including construction, renovation and installation works, e.g. walls demolition and new walls, water supply and sewerage connections, arrangement of sockets and switches, type of floor coverings, colours of walls,detailed drawings for the manufacturing of bespoke furniture pieces (if necessery) etc.
We also offer a site visit and measure. The visit and the travel time(if your property is located more than 10 miles from BB11 5LH) are charged an hourly rate £40 per hour. Please contact us if you want to arrange your visit.

Free Consultation - This is where you can discuss your project with us, and after the meeting you decide if you want us to create your dream interiors.
Decision - If so, choose the most suitable interior design package.
Forms - Complete the"CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE", read and confirm that you agree with our "TERMS AND CONDITIONS".
Measurements - Send us the measurements of the room, photos each of the walls and some inspirations from the internet that reflect your personal
style(see our interior measuring instructions).
What's next ?
Step1. We start from the space planning; it is the first stage of the design. The space planning includes the possible arrangement of partition walls in the interior(if necessary), and/or the placement of furniture, bathroom fixtures, etc. If possible, we offer some different functional arrangements.
Step2. Once we have completed the proper functional layout, the second step is to create mood boards. Mood boards are a type of visual presentation. They will help you determine the right look of the room. They include everything from furniture to accessories. If you don't like our first concept, we change it until you are satisfied.
Step3. Once you have accepted the mood board we move onto 3d visuals, which will help you to imagine how the designed space will look like in reality.
Step4. Upon completion of the design concept, we go to the technical drawings which are especially crucial for contractors from different trades to be able to carry out the project according to our concept and guidelines. Usually, a comprehensive project contains the following: general construction drawings, including construction, renovation, and installation works, e.g. walls demolition, and new walls, water supply and sewerage connections, the arrangement of sockets and switches, type of floor coverings, colours of walls,detailed drawings for the manufacturing of bespoke furniture pieces (if necessary). The number and type of technical drawings depend on the size of the project and the scope of work that has been agreed upon.
Step5. During the implementation of the project, we will be happy to answer any questions you or your refurbishment team may have.
Step6. Once the work is complete, please send us photos – we would love to see them.
FULL INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES
INTERIOR TURN-KEY DESIGN
It is an offer of interior design, finishing, and equipment. The turnkey project includes a range of services such as; meetings with a designer, choosing the right materials, colours, the furniture, estimating(detailed cost estimate for products included in the above list, including custom-made furniture and labour costs), monitoring the site, coordinating with consultants, contractors and suppliers. This offer is a form of taking control of the implementation works on the behalf of the investor. It is mainly aimed at people, who for various reasons, do not want to or cannot participate personally in the process of investment implementation.
NOTE: Currently we offer this service only for properties located in Burnley and neighbouring areas (not further than 60 miles from BB11 5LH).
Each project is priced individually.
This service consists of efficient and professional preparation of a real estate for sale or lease in accordance with the principle "the first impression counts." This service is designed for sellers, landlords, real estate agencies and developers. Our studio offers three variants of the service:
1. A visit to the place of planned investment (duration of the visit is approximately 2-3 hours), carrying out an assessment of the interiors condition and analysis of possible alterations. The final outcome is the handing over of a finalised report which will include; An assessment of the property functionality, colour, style and interior design. A proposal of any changes and/or repairs in aid of highlighting the potential of the interior.
2. A visit to the place of planned investment (duration of the visit is approximately 2-3 hours), carrying out an assessment of the interiors condition and analysis of possible alterations. The final outcome is the passing over a finalised report which will include a list of tasks to be carried out. The next step is the implementation of the tasks from the list: Carrying out any potential work such as repairs, painting, wallpapering and cleaning (with the help of proven professionals), supervision over all the work stated in the report, the purchase and delivery of furniture or the rental of interior furnishing (optional for selling of a real estate) and the purchase and delivery of necessary accessories.
3. The purchase and delivery of necessary accessories or the use of accessories belonging to the studio (for the purposes of the photoshoot only). Final styling of the interior and carrying out a professional photoshoot.
